Free Fertility Calendars

If you and your partner are trying to get pregnant and need a little help, you can get that help with fertility calendars; free tools like these can be just the thing to provide the information to help you achieve your goal of a healthy pregnancy. There are many free fertility calendars online that can be easily located.

A free fertility calendar uses personal information that you provide to calculate the times in each calendar month that you are most likely to conceive. That way, you and your partner can easily plan your schedules so that you can be together, relax, have enjoyable intercourse and, hopefully, become pregnant.

The information you need in order to make a free calendar for fertility work must be collected for a few months before creating your calendar chart. You will need to know the dates on which your menstrual periods begin. This will permit you to know the average length of your personal monthly cycle. This varies greatly in women from as little as 22 days to as much as 40 days or even more. Don't ever input the average 28 days into the calendar tool and expect success. Your body is different than anyone else's and you may miss your fertile days easily. Take the time to track the information.

You'll also want to know how many days into your monthly cycle you normally ovulate. This can be learned by using an ovulation monitor device or by tracking with a special, inexpensive thermometer used for checking basal body temperature. You will need to check your basal temperature before getting out of bed every day for two or more months to identify when your body temperature peaks and remains high for several days. This identifies ovulation. The monitoring devices check for a hormone in the urine and can be even more accurate but do cost money to purchase and to obtain additional test strips.

Once you have the information about your personal monthly cycle collected, you can locate a fertility calendar, free from many sources, which will allow you to enter the information into a simple form. The tool will then generate a calendar that will indicate in one of several ways which days are your most fertile.

Some calendars for fertility tracking that are free will mark the fertile days with a color, the less fertile days with another color and the most infertile days with a third color. Other calendars may place one of the words, peak, high or low, into the box for the day. Other marks or symbols may be used by other application. Whatever the method used for marking the fertile days, you can easily post your free fertility calendar where both you and your partner can easily see it and plan ahead.

Of course, using a calendar for a free fertility tracking tool does not ensure that you will successfully become pregnant. However, if there are no real fertility problems involved except perhaps missing the best days for conceiving, this tools is one of the most effective ways to get pregnant.

Want to know when to plan that romantic weekend mini-vacation? Just check your fertility calendar you got for free. You'll know when you might find relaxing on the beach to be just the thing for stress-free sex that leads to conception. Need to know when a good time to go visit your mother alone for a day or two? Look at your calendar and choose those infertile days and plan your trip well ahead of time.

A free fertility calendar can be a great aid for getting pregnant. It is simple to use, doesn't require complicated techniques, doesn't interfere with the natural flow of lovemaking and has none of the other problems of so many fertility-enhancing methods used so frequently. It's well worth the trouble to track your cycle and print out a free calendar indicating your most fertile days.
